Life happens. If a cancellation or reschedule is absolutely necessary, please contact me directly via text message at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment, please contact me via text message. Less than 48hours cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No call, no-show will not be tolerated and will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee. If you are 15 minutes late it will be considered a no call, no-show and will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee. If the card on file is declined, any future appointment cannot be booked until the fee is paid. **Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE**
